Schedule note: The preliminaries of the 100-meter dash were moved to noon Sunday due to technical difficulties on the track Saturday afternoon. Prelimaries for the men’s and women’s 400-meter hurdles and 200-meter dashes will no longer take place. Sunday’s regular-scheduled finals for those four events will instead be run as seeded finals.
